PostSubject: Czech republic   Fri Jul 25, 2008 7:57 pm

I´m leaving tomorrow at 6 AM, to go to the Krkonoše (Giant mountains), Petrovice, Sedlec and other places in the Czech republic. I'll be away for a week, I'll post the photographs and stuff when I get back.

Demonhog Bye bye!

It was great there! Very Happy The nature was beautiful, the food was tasty, the people were nice to us, and the insects were the size of rodents.

Nice to hear you enjoyed yourself. Did you manage to go to Prague? If you did, how did you like it?

My experience wasn't that good. Too much touristy stuff...

Yes, I did go to Praha this time. I went there before for a week some years ago, and loved it. But they have basically turned it into a tourist amusement park now... The buildings are still beautiful, but I am disappointed in what the city has become like.

It does not represent the Czech republic at all, you should definitely go and see the rest of the country.

I did see a lot more, bbut hat i mostly saw were those Vietnamese markets were they sell crap for almost nothing. The country itself is beautifull, be it a little bit ruined by the tourists.

We went to a Vietnamese shopping centre, it was fun, they understood a couple of Dutch words and the sell their products for about half of what the price tags say.

The moment you look at something they will give you a discount. Razz Just for you!

And you reminded me, here are all the souvenirs I got:

A knife, with the image of a burning iron cross on the blade.

The knife has a small light.

Earrings

Backpack

Russian(?) gas-mask

The pelt of a Domesticated Rabbit

A onyx stone with the image of a goat

A skull statue

Knuckle-duster

I could be wrong, but isn't that a german gas mask? I think the nazi's wore those.

It could be, they sold both German and Russian antiques. But judging from how old the filter on this one was, it seemed more likely that it was Russian.

*searching*

Yes, I think you're right. Looks a lot more like the standard gas masks from Germany then those from Russia.

I don't even know how many knifes I have Razz somewhere between 10 and 20 I think.

My room is black with metal furniture, and the walls are red in one room, metal in the other. There are terrariums and aquariums with living animals on some tables and closets. And skins, skulls and knifes on others. I also have a lot op sculptures of animals and mythological creatures everywhere.

I have two rabbits, 6 sandrats, 2 frogs, 3 snails, around 20 fish and around 30 shrimps. I love living animals even more then dead ones.

Only the sandrats keep me up at night from time to time. with their gnawing, squealing and digging. Razz

I still need a good, new ritual knife. My old one is starting to bore me. So I'll have to wait with sacrificing you. Wink

Okay thanks, I would love to know for sure. If he could estimate what year it is from, that would be even better.
