New Pokemon game on it's way

Looks a lot better then the main Pokemon titles :S Why couldn’t they have done this with games like Diamond and Pearl?

It looks good, but I really don't get the purpose of the game, nor the "combat".

Ah well, still hoping for a 3d rpg pokemon!

Untill then, I suppose i'm stuck playing Smash Bros Brawl with the Pokemon Trainer!

I did not buy the previous Pokemon Ranger, so I'm not sure about the combat and purpose either, but everyone that played it seems to be quite enthousiastic about the game. And it looks like fun.

That is does, and I'm one for originality so I hope this is a good game!

But then again too many Poke games have been ruined etc. We hope!

Those games were often so bad that you could see it simply by looking at the theme of the game... and pokemon puzzle games are ALWAYS a bad idea.

Other then that, even pokemon dungeon, that was chewed up and spit out by game critics, was actually pretty fun to play.

Ah well, that's like the Mario Games, people on one hand hate it because they're always the same (mario tennis 1,2,3, mario kart 1,2,3 etc) but on the other hand, they are still great games!

I guess taste is a big factor.

And since pokemon hype kinda died, most critics say: omg it sucks! on autopilot now.

That's not true; the main-games like Diamond and Pearl always get high ratings, and get sold by the millions, almost every person that has a DS also has Diamond or Pearl. But the side games always sucked so badly, that no one expects them to be any good.

But the hype is dead! Not the games!

Millions of people play it, yet critics still keep saying: who's waiting for this *meaning all pokemon games* crap?

I still play the old pokemon's once in a while, Red and Gold ftw!

I can't look at the old games anymore now that I am use to the better graphics of Diamond.

(I downloaded the old Ranger to know if it's fun to play)

Sure, gameplay is more important, but to me the current graphics of the DS games are the minimum for graphics.

When I played the old pokemon games, I did not want to capture some pokemon because their sprites were so ugly... remember the Blastoise from red and blue?


And Ranger is a lot of fun btw, addicting, and more chalenging then the main games.

And offcourse the graphics are outdated, but its a certain style too right?
I didn't like most of the looks myself either, but I really liked all the pokemon in Gold :O

And sounds good! I might give it a try sometime!
