| Piranhas have a cool reputation, but they are very boring fish. And I heard they actualy prefer fruit over meat. (that means my frogs and sailfins probaly have a more agressive nature then a piranha would have.) | |

| Update: I had to put down one of my fish, a black and white sailfin... she could no longer swim, probably had some kind of brain damage. So unfortunately, she was better off dead. Other then that, everything is going very well. My water is no longer toxic. I have a lot of plants now: I took some duckweed from the pond in front of our house, and put it in my aquarium. The fish love it.: My snails have grown quite a lot: Male goby: A female guppy, this one came from the wild, and looks quite different then the ones from the pet shop: And a orange male guppy from the pet shop: | |

| MEGA SNAIL!
SNAIL ZILLA!
But going back on-topic, you're acquarium seems to be getting along nicely. Have you successfully bred your own fish, or other animals for that matter?

| I bred some shrimps, but that group died out. (old age and to much predators to get enough of the babies to survive) To fix that, I started a new group, in a smaller aquarium without predators. But they are not really breeding, so I might have to buy more of them (more shrimps in one aquarium means more breeding)
I bred a lot of Platy fish, I gave some of the adults away. Most of the Platies I have now are from my own breeding stock.
And I have 4 babies from a wild gup mother, and pet-shop gup father. I put them aside in a different aquarium, to ensure that they will not be eaten by the frogs.

| I was under the impression that frogs eat small insects. Do they also eat fish/smaller sea creatures | |

| They'll eat anything that fits in their mouths. Insects, fish, mammals, other frogs etc. It doesn't matter, as long as it's an animal, it's smaller then them and they can kill it. | |
