Cool genetic defects

Hehehe, that's pretty cool. Although i do sympathise with the people that have that. But what about black sheep? Do they have the same or is that different. Because it's not normal for sheep to be black.

No, black sheep are part of the species. The parent sheep do carry the black gene, but it is not active. But there is always a change that it will be active in their offspring.

Why do you use the word "cool" and “genetic defects” in the same sentence?

Because I think some of it is cool. I like all the variability of humanity.

It's nature, some people are born with diseases and defects, some people die shortly after birth, some people get diseases and die later on, some people are healthy and die of old age. That's the way it is. And that's the way it should be.

And I would love to have heterochromia (2 different colours of eyes) for example. I think that is a very pretty defect, and it does not have any negative side-effects for the person that has it.

I know what you are saying but then you call all of those defects (on the pics you posted) "cool" and I’m sure you will not be cool about having them or having a kid with any of those....so why called them "cool"?

The heterochromia is not bad at all but you did generalize all of them as being “cool”.....

I started with the cool ones, and then when we ran out of cool ones, we posted the ones that were less cool.

But I won't have a child with a disorder, because if I ever want children, I'll adopt one. Then you can choose to have a healthy child! And you don't contribute to overpopulation.

And you dont have too squeeze out a watermelon either! :O

What about insemination? would you want to have your own child? I mean I’m all for adoption and all but why not have your own child?
